The foolish and very perverted main character. His goal in attending college is not to learn more but to actually have a harem of cute college girlfriends. Unfortunately for him he's in a mechanics class full of guys, with only a couple girls to keep him company. Kaze is actually quite a geek, enjoying things like anime and D&D. His favorite hobby, however, is playing videogame, Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid being his favorites.Kaze is actually quite attractive looking save for the fact that he's to lazy to shave and when he asks girls why they won't date him they respond "youre just to damn idiotic". Due to the fact that he has no luck with women kaze is a virgin and is drives himself to insanity and stupidity just to have a chance with a chick or two. Its an endless vicious circle for poor unfortunate Kaze. Kaze earns income by working as a waiter at his parents restaurant.
How he managed to pass his college entrance exams remains unknown. |

President of the Nekotopia college anime club and crazy otaku fangirl, Kumiko, or Kumi, is a girl with a gift for art. Even though she's talented in any and every form of art, she preferes to draw anime bishonen characters, which causes her to suffer when her professor takes a look at her work. She is a cocky, amusing and outgoing girl who enjoys to participate in passive activities, like writing and reading. She is a childhood friend to both Tsunami and Kaze and seams to have a bit of a crush on Kaze, though she can't work up the courage to say anything. Kumiko makes money by buying anime products and selling them to american fanboys for a higher profit, via ebay. |

Both a prodigy and a star athelete, Tsunami is some what of a tomboy. This 20 year old girl has been best friends with both Kumiko and Kaze since the three where just little kids. Tsunami is taking a nursing course at Nekotopia and hopes to one day become a nurse or a doctor. Tsuni, as her friends call her, is also the president of the college swim club and a fan of tennis, baseball, and judo. She is also a pretty kind and caring, supporting even those who annoy the piss out of her. She is farsighted, meaning she has to wear glasses to read and write. She's also a has an obsession with lighters, and carries around a zippo that she pulls out whenever she's nervous or in a serious mood. Tsunami has two parttime jobs, one being a tutor for the college, and the second being a swim instructor at a local pool. |

"Slit my wrists and burn my heart, Tsunami, dearest" is Shado's motto. This hopelessely emo 20 year old is madly in love with Tsunami for some really fucked up reason. To bad Tsunami doesn't want anything to do with him. He's also madly in love with writing poems and crying over every drop of spilled milk and telling everyone on his live journal how he is feeling, while his big sister, Kari, watches over his shoulder and mocks how pathetic he is. He takes... uh... Nursing? Um... perhaps thats because he has an obsession with women dressing like nurse's and inflicting pain upon his sorry soul.... Or maybe there is a deeper reason... Shado has no job because, lets face it, no one is going to higher someone who bursts into tears at every interview. |

President of the College D&D club Hiroshi is a geek if there ever was one. This 20 year old art student is both intellegent and calm but tends to spaz out and act like a child on ADHD, when you really tick him off. Hiroshi has a crush on Kumiko, who see him as a friend but nothing more, which frustrates the hell out of him. Even more frustrating to him is the fact that Kaze does a lot of perverted things to Kumiko (but kaze does that to every girl) but she doesn't mind it at all. This eventually causes Hiroshi to vow that he will win Kumiko's heart and lose his virginity before Kaze. Hiroshi works freelance, creating concept art for those who hire him aswell as logos and websites for businesses. |

A 19 year old girl from the United States, Lucy's idea of a good time is smoking pot (which she'll do anytime, anywhere), Chillaxing, Doodling, becoming one with nature and hanging with her friends Evan and CJ. She takes Visual arts with Kumiko and Hiroshi. Oddly enough she always leaves the campus at exactly 4 o clock every day. the reason for this is unknown.... To smoke up at 4:20 perhaps? Lucy's job is also unknown... A pot dealer perhaps? |

Yuki Kamiya |

Kaze's younger cousin, a hopelessy clumsy 20 year old, who has a passion for cooking. So much of a passion that she signed herself up for Culinary Arts at Nekotopia. Unfortunately, even though she loves to cook, she's not very good at it, and constantely gets herself in trouble in the kitchen. Kaze makes her out to be a bitch but Yuki is actually a nice girl if you don't get on her bad side. Yuki is also pretty niave and because of it she often gets herself into bad situations. Yuki lives and works at her aunt and uncles restaurant, as a waitress... though one day she hopes she will be promoted to a cook... YEAH RIGHT!

Yamiko Watzaki |

A punk girl who doesn't want to respect authority, Yamiko is a 21 year old foul mouthed power house who believes strongly in sex, drugs and rock & roll! She's one of the only girls in Kaze's auto mechanics class and one of the only people who can get away without wearing a school uniform. A person who really hates stupid folks, Yamiko's school year is being ruined by Kaze's constant idiocy. Even so, she still hasn't killed the fool out of rage. She likes snakes and, ironically, kittens and has crushes on various classic rock stars, including Alice Cooper. She is the lead singer of a rock band known as Dark Angel 3 (The three is supposed to represent the 3 band members) |

A 21 year old man from the United States, Smith is a goody good of the 4 foreigner friends who attend Nekotopia College. Smith was also the one that dragged Lucy to Japan, due to his mission Smith is a devout Mormon and so his beliefs often clash with those of his friends. Lucy is Smith's Girlfriend. Smiths first name is unknown. |

Not much is known about this character, other than the fact that he's Smith's best friend... and that he's just as weird as the rest of the college woe crew Its even unknown what he does around Nekotopia college. Read the comic as it progresses to discover more about him... Doesn't believe Jack Shit about the Book of Mormon... he just joined the Church so he could go to Japan! |

Aneko is the elder sister of Kaze. Like Kaze, she is somewhat of a lecherous person, but no where as so as her younger brother. Unlike Kaze, She is actually quite intellegent. Aneko and Kaze are quite close. Infact Aneko is the only person who actually sees potential in Kaze, and so she encourages him to work hard in his studies even if he is only taking auto mechanics. On another note, she totally betters her cousin Yuki in kitchen skills and works as a cook in her familiy's restaurant. |

Misaki is Kumiko's little sister. She is a 14 year old girl who is in her final year of junior high. Girlish yet completely full of energy, Misaki is on both her school's gymnastics team and cheerleading team. Misaki might seem hyper and annoying at times but she and Kumiko actually get along surprisingly well. Misaki earns her dough by delivering papers. Misaki's best friend, believe it or not, is a stuffed bear named Mojo. |

Kari is the Elder Sister of Shado. She enjoys to constantly torment her little brother about how much of stereotypical emo he is. Kari is also extremely gay, desiring only to be with other girls... She has one crush in particular, but she knows that her chances of winning that heart are pretty low. Kari works as a Computer Programmer for Nekotopia Software Inc, a company that is Partnered with Nekotopia College. |

Matsuda Satori |

Matsuda is the Medical Professor over at Nekotopia College. He is also the father of Shado and Kari. When he's not teaching he can often be found telling people about "The good ol' days" and complaining about how his son is a sissy and his daughter is gay, and about how he'll most likely never have grandchildren. It must be noted that no one ever calls him Matsuda or even Mr. Satori. Kaze, Tsunami and the rest of the crew almost always refer to him as "Shado's Dad" |

Chad reports to Lucifer and tells Smith to do Naughty things... Like masturbate and smoke pot with Lucy. Chandra reports to Rob... err... I mean God.... and tells Smith to do good things, like Feed the Poor and Read the Bible... She never mentions the Book of Mormon for some reason... I wonder why.... |
